SHIPPING, LOCAL DELIVERY AND IN-STORE PICKUP SERVICES (06/19/2024)
CANADA-WIDE SHIPPING RATES - HOW IT WORKS:
ORDERS < 12kg:
SHIPPING TO ALBERTA, MANITOBA AND SASKATCHEWAN
- Orders > $200, free shipping
- Orders < $200, $25 shipping fee
ALL OTHER PROVINCES:
- $25 Shipping fee
ORDERS >12kg
- +$25 for every 12kg
- 0-12kg, as per above
- 12-24kg, +$25
- 24-36kg, +$50
- 36-48kg, +$75
- This subsidized shipping fee will be invoiced separately prior to shipping
LOCAL DELIVERY - HOW IT WORKS
- Orders > $100, free delivery
- Orders from $50 - $99, $5 local delivery fee
- Orders < $50, $10 local delivery fee
- We offer local delivery to the following areas: Regina, White City, Pilot Butte and Emerald Park
- We deliver Tuesday to Saturday 11am-7pm
- Orders placed before 11am will be delivered same day between 11am-7pm
- Orders placed after 11am will be delivered the next available delivery day (Tuesday to Saturday)
- We do not deliver on Statutory Holidays - any orders placed before or on a Statutory Holiday will be delivered the next available delivery day (Tuesday to Saturday)
- Any orders selected as Shipping, which are in our Local Delivery service area, will be automatically treated as Local Delivery. The order will be delivered according to our Local Delivery service as per above even though the automatic email reply may provide a shipping date. If you are charged a Shipping Fee and are in the Local Delivery service area, we will refund you any Shipping Fees, above the delivery fee.
IN-STORE PICKUP - HOW IT WORKS
- We offer in-store pickup services at all locations
- Pickup orders are usually ready within 24hrs
- We will email you when your order is ready
- Please provide your order number and last name for pickup verification
FAQs:
When will my order be delivered (to an address outside of Regina, SK)?
If you live in Saskatchewan, Alberta, Manitoba or British Columbia, typically, your order should arrive in about 3-7 business days once it leaves our premises. If you live in Ontario, Quebec or the Maritimes, your order may take 7-10 business days once it leaves our premises depending on the courier. We may require additional time to prepare your order for shipping. These are just typical time-frames and we cannot make guarantees on behalf of the courier, however, we will provide tracking. We will contact you via email or phone should there be any issues or delays with the fulfillment of your order.
When will I get an email confirmation?
You will receive an order confirmation upon placing your order. You will then receive an invoice confirmation once your order is processed, and finally, you will receive a shipment notice when your package has been shipped. For shipping orders we will provide tracking information for you as well.
Can you Ship Frozen Products?
At this time, no.
